History of McDonald Hearing Aid Center:
A Rich Family Tradition
McDonald Hearing Aid Center has the distinction of being California’s elder statesman for providing service to the hearing impaired. For more than 65 years the family that helped build this rich tradition has been deeply rooted in helping people hear better since the first office opened on K Street in Sacramento, Calif. in 1944. This tradition has transcended now to a third generation of family members contributing to the mission of helping people hear better. This translates to a unique advantage when it comes to recognizing the wants and needs of the hearing impaired.
Another unique advantage is the Moore family’s ability to raise the bar in the way the hearing industry delivers better hearing to the hearing impaired. McDonald Hearing Aid Center is committed to offering many solutions for a hearing problem, not just hearing aids.
Since 1996 the Moore family has been involved in creating and developing new ways to help people hear better with and without hearing aids. Now with over 37,000 satisfied patients and 22 locations throughout California, our original mission hasn’t changed: “helping people hear better.” Some advancements in technology and the methodology of how people hear better, what we call the “patient journey,” has been a direct result of McDonald Hearing Aid Center shaping the way the hearing industry solves hearing problems.
The Moore family plans are to continue to help more people hear better by expanding throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond and to keep developing new ways to solve hearing problems.
